Application processing begins only after we receive and verify all correct documents.
-
Processing Times: Vary based on your chosen service (Standard, Emergency, or Rush).
-
Timeline: The processing clock starts only when your documentation is 100% complete. We are not liable for delays due to missing information.
-
Additional Requests: If we need extra documents, we will email you. Processing will resume once you provide them.
Before Submitting Documents
Within 12 Hours
If you haven't sent any documents within 12 hours of our email request, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
After 12 Hours
If you still haven't sent documents after 12 hours, your refund depends on the visa type:
-
For eVisa applications that include a government fee, if more than 12 hours have passed since we emailed you the request for required documents and we have not received a response, your refund will be limited. In this scenario, we will only refund the government fee and, if applicable, the rush or emergency service fee you paid.
-
For eVisa applications that do not include a government fee, if more than 12 hours have passed since we emailed you the request for required documents and we have not received them, your refund will be limited. In this case, we will only refund 50% of the standard service fee, along with the rush or emergency fee if you chose that upgraded service.
After Submitting Documents
Processing Initiation
Once you have provided all the correct and required documents, we will immediately begin processing your application.
Accepted Applications
If your application is successfully accepted into the processing system, we will send you proof that it is under review. Please note that we cannot accept any refund or cancellation requests from this point forward until the final visa result is received.
Pending or Unaccepted Status
If your application is not accepted into the system and the status remains unchanged:
-
For eVisa applications with a government fee: We will only issue a refund for the government fee and, if applicable, the rush or emergency service fee you paid.
-
For eVisa applications without a government fee: We will only issue a refund for 50% of the service fee, along with the rush or emergency service fee if you chose that option.
Policy for Rejected Applications
If your visa application is rejected, we will send you the formal rejection proof to your email address. We regret to inform you that in the case of a rejection, all fees are non-refundable, and we cannot accommodate any refund requests.
Late Delivery & General Policies
-
Delays in Processing: Depending on the confirmed timeline, if we fail to deliver your visa result or provide a status update within the promised timeframe, we will issue a full refund for the rush or emergency service fee.
-
Delivery Confirmation Window: You are required to confirm receipt of your visa result within three (3) hours of us emailing it to you. If we do not hear from you within this three-hour window, it will be officially deemed that you have received the document and the service is fully completed.
-
Accuracy of Information: It is your strict responsibility to provide entirely accurate information required for your visa relative to your intended departure date. Our visa experts cannot be held liable for incorrect visa issuance, entry denials, or any subsequent financial losses resulting from inaccurate data submission. While we will make every effort to help amend visa issues prior to your departure, no refunds will be granted if false or incorrect information was supplied during the application process.
-
Pre-Travel Verification: We strongly recommend that you thoroughly verify all information stated on your issued visa against your passport and personal data before your departure.
-
Refund Disbursement Process: Any approved refund amounts will be calculated based on the cancellation policies outlined above and returned exclusively to the original payer. Please note that due to standard banking procedures, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the reversed funds to appear on the exact credit/debit card used for the initial purchase.
